Shipping & Delivery
EMarkiz.com understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. All days referenced are working days (Saturday - Thursday) from 9am - 5pm. Any orders placed on Friday or after working hours would be processed on the next working hour.
 STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is between 1-3 business days. Our business days are from Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm.
  EXPRESS DELIVERY
 For Express Delivery, the order cut-off time is 12pm and the delivery would be on the same day for certain 'Standard locations' and the next day for 'Beyond Delivery locations'. For orders after 12pm, Express Delivery for Dubai would be the Next day and All other Emirates as well as 'Beyond Areas' would happen the day after i.e. in 2 days.
We have mentioned a few areas as 'Standard Areas' and 'Beyond Delivery Areas' but it would at our discretion as to which locations are considered as Standard and Beyond.
 If any issues, please Whatsapp  or Email us to confirm if your location in Dubai falls in the 'Standard Area' or 'Beyond Area' before placing an order. We shall inform you immediately if delivery to your location on the same day, in 24 hrs or in 2 business days.
 Beyond Areas in Dubai: Arabian Ranches 2, Mudon 1 & 2, Khawaneej, Sustainable City, Living Legends, Al Qudra, Mira, Nshama Townhouse, Damac, Akoya.

For Rentals
Refunds & Returns
Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery and a refund will be given for the following reasons:
- Damaged on arrival.
- Any manufacturing defect.
The item should be in the exact same condition as delivered.
If orders are cancelled due to customer reasons and not due to any fault of the seller, a refund cannot be provided. In such cases, a credit note with a coupon code will be issued.
If an item needs to be returned or exchanged for reasons other than those stated above, delivery charges will be applicable for the pickup of the item(s) and delivery of the exchanged item(s).
Exclusions:
- Food items from the "Snacks and Food Items", "Beauty & Skincare", and "Personalised Gifts" categories cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Only orders from Dubai, UAE are eligible for exchange.

Once your return claim is accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Depending on the mode of payment used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the refunded amount to your account.
The refund amount will be processed after deduction of applicable bank fees.
