For orders after 12pm, Express Delivery for Dubai would be the Next day and All other Emirates as well as 'Beyond Areas' would happen the day after i.e. in 2 days.

Refunds & Returns

Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery and a refund will be given for the following reasons:

Damaged on arrival.
Any manufacturing defect.

The item should be in the exact same condition as delivered.

If orders are cancelled due to customer reasons and not due to any fault of the seller, a refund cannot be provided. In such cases, a credit note with a coupon code will be issued.

If an item needs to be returned or exchanged for reasons other than those stated above, delivery charges will be applicable for the pickup of the item(s) and delivery of the exchanged item(s).

Exclusions:

Food items from the "Snacks and Food Items", "Beauty & Skincare", and "Personalised Gifts" categories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only orders from Dubai, UAE are eligible for exchange.
