Shipping & Delivery
EMarkiz.com understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. All days referenced are working days (Saturday - Thursday) from 9am - 5pm. Any orders placed on Friday or after working hours would be processed on the next working hour.
 STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is between 1-3 business days. Our business days are from Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm.
  EXPRESS DELIVERY
 For Express Delivery, the order cut-off time is 12pm and the delivery would be on the same day for certain 'Standard locations' and the next day for 'Beyond Delivery locations'. For orders after 12pm, Express Delivery for Dubai would be the Next day and All other Emirates as well as 'Beyond Areas' would happen the day after i.e. in 2 days.
We have mentioned a few areas as 'Standard Areas' and 'Beyond Delivery Areas' but it would at our discretion as to which locations are considered as Standard and Beyond.
 If any issues, please Whatsapp  or Email us to confirm if your location in Dubai falls in the 'Standard Area' or 'Beyond Area' before placing an order. We shall inform you immediately if delivery to your location on the same day, in 24 hrs or in 2 business days.

For Rentals
Rentals Only in the UAE Kids' Costume Rental Policies & Terms
1. Security Deposit & Payment
- A refundable security deposit of AED 20 is required at the time of rental.
- The deposit will be refunded upon return of the costume in acceptable condition.
- Payment for rental and deposit must be made upfront.
2. Rental Duration & Late Fees
- Standard rental duration: 4 days
- Late returns will incur a fee of AED 10 per day.
- If the costume is not returned within 4 days past the due date, it will be considered a purchase, and the deposit will not be returned.
3. Damage & Loss Policy
- Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but significant damage (tears, stains, missing parts) may result in repair or replacement fees.
- If the costume is returned in a condition beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full retail price.
4. Cleaning Policy
- Costumes must be returned clean and in good condition.
- If the costume is not clean and in re-sale condition, it will be considered a purchase, and the deposit will not be returned.
5. Purchase Option
- Customers can choose to purchase the costume instead of renting.
- If a rented costume is kept beyond the rental period without return, it will be charged at the full retail price.
7. Pickup & Return
- Costumes must be picked up and returned at pickup location as mentioned, can get exact location on whastapp.
- Customers must check the costume upon pickup and report any pre-existing issues.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or accidents related to costume use.
- Customers assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of rented costumes.
By renting a costume, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
