• Emarkiz.com understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest shipping rates available.
  • All days referenced are working days (Monday – Thursday) from 9am – 5pm. Any orders placed on Sunday or after working hours would be processed on the next working hour.

  • STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is between 1-2 business days. Our business days are from Monday-Saturday 9-5pm.

Delivery rates are as per Location Area and Weight of the Items. If there is Asssembly required, rates would be higher. 

  • EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery only available in the Area – ‘Rest of Dubai’ and no other areas or emitaes.

For Express, the order cut-off time is 12pm and the delivery would be on the same day. 

  • If any issues, please Whatsapp or Email us, before placing an order. We shall inform you immediately if delivery to your location on the same day, in 24 hrs or in 2 business days.

  • Beyond Areas in Dubai: Al Qudra, Damac Hills, Dubailand,  Dubai Outlet Mall, Emaar South, Jebel Ali Village, Nad Al Hammar, Nashama, Madinat Hind, Mirdif, Mizhar, Khawaneej.

Other Emirates – Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah

Beyond Areas in Abu Dhabi: RUWAIS, GAYATHI, BAHIYA, AL WATHBA, MAFRAQ, AL DHAFRA, BEDA ZAYED (MADINAT ZAYED)

It would be at the discretion of Emarkiz as to which products fall under ‘Express Delivery’ option and which do not. We shall inform you of the same once order is placed OR alternatively you could send us a query through our chat or email to confirm if Express Delivery is possible in your location and for the item/items and place the order accordingly.

Express Shipping can be done only on business days i.e. Sunday-Thursday. We are here to support you for your urgent orders.

EXPRESS PICKUP

Can be picked from our office but only on confirmation through a email or message from Emarkiz.com. There would be a charge of AED 10 for the same. For this, you would need to select the ‘Standard Delivery’ option also and inform us that you would be doing an ‘Express Pickup’. It would be best if you would confirm with us on the chat or email to confirm if Express Pickup is possible for the product before placing the order.
