All days referenced are working days (Saturday - Thursday) from 9am - 5pm. Any orders placed on Friday or after working hours would be processed on the next working hour.

 STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is between 1-3 business days. Our business days are from Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm.

  EXPRESS DELIVERY

 For Express Delivery, the order cut-off time is 12pm and the delivery would be on the same day for certain 'Standard locations' and the next day for 'Beyond Delivery locations'. For orders after 12pm, Express Delivery for Dubai would be the Next day and All other Emirates as well as 'Beyond Areas' would happen the day after i.e. in 2 days.

We have mentioned a few areas as 'Standard Areas' and 'Beyond Delivery Areas' but it would at our discretion as to which locations are considered as Standard and Beyond.

 If any issues, please Whatsapp  or Email us to confirm if your location in Dubai falls in the 'Standard Area' or 'Beyond Area' before placing an order. We shall inform you immediately if delivery to your location on the same day, in 24 hrs or in 2 business days.

 Beyond Areas in Dubai: Arabian Ranches 2, Mudon 1 & 2, Khawaneej, Sustainable City, Living Legends, Al Qudra, Mira, Nshama Townhouse, Damac, Akoya.

 Other Emirates - Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman.

 Beyond Areas in Abu Dhabi: RUWAIS, GAYATHI, BAHIYA, AL WATHBA, MAFRAQ, AL DHAFRA, BEDA ZAYED (MADINAT ZAYED)

If your area is not mentioned here, pls note that there is no Express Delivery option in your area

 There are certain items for which Express Delivery is not possible.

 It would be at the discretion of Emarkiz as to which products fall under 'Express Delivery' option and which do not. We shall inform you of the same once order is placed OR alternatively you could send us a query through our chat or email to confirm if Express Delivery is possible in your location and for the item/items and place the order accordingly.

 Express Shipping can be done only on business days i.e. Sunday-Thursday. We are here to support you for your urgent orders.

EXPRESS PICKUP

 Can be picked from our office but only on confirmation through a email or message from Emarkiz.com. There would be a charge of AED 10 for the same. For this, you would need to select the 'Standard Delivery' option also and inform us that you would be doing an 'Express Pickup'. It would be best if you would confirm with us on the chat or email to confirm if Express Pickup is possible for the product before placing the order.
