Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery and a refund will be given for the following reasons*:

  • Damaged on arrival 
  • Any manufacturing defect.

The item should be in the exact same condition as delivered.

If item needs to be returned or exchanged not due to the reasons not stated above, delivery charges will be charged for pickup of item/items and drop off with every exchanged item. 

Exclusions:

  • Food items from the ‘Snacks and Food Items’, ‘Beauty & Skincare’ and ‘Personalised Gifts’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
  • Only orders from Dubai, UAE can be exchanged.

Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
