- THE TWO MINUTES BREW: Its patented construction, paired with its innovative twisting mechanism, generates vacuum pressure inside the mug. This negative pressure generated a suction force that draws hot water downwards through the coffee grounds. Engineered to brew a consistently clean, full-flavored cup of joe in about two minutes, the Pipamoka’s vacuum pressure brewing method sets it apart from other devices.
- HOW DOES VACUUM PRESSURE WORK: ADD：Fill the water chamber and drop the coffee basket into it. Let it sink to the bottom. TWIST：Turn the ring to create vacuum pressure that draws the water down through the grounds. ENJOY：When the water chamber has fully risen, remove the brewer, add the lid and enjoy a hot coffee for hours.
- LEAVE NO WASTE BEHIND: The stainless steel micro-filter is re-useable, meaning there is no excess waste created from having to use one-time-use paper filters. Fine mesh filter ：250μm
- REMARK: Pipamoka does not heat up water. Brew ratio is similar to standard drip or infusion methods, close to 1:15 (1 g of coffee ground for 15 mL of water). We recommend using a medium to medium-fine grind for optimal brewing performance.

EMarkiz.com understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. All days referenced are working days (Saturday - Thursday) from 9am - 5pm. Any orders placed on Friday or after working hours would be processed on the next working hour.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is between 1-3 business days. Our business days are from Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
For Express Delivery, the order cut-off time is 12pm and the delivery would be on the same day for certain 'Standard locations' and the next day for 'Beyond Delivery locations'. For orders after 12pm, Express Delivery for Dubai would be the Next day and All other Emirates as well as 'Beyond Areas' would happen the day after i.e. in 2 days.
We have mentioned a few areas as 'Standard Areas' and 'Beyond Delivery Areas' but it would at our discretion as to which locations are considered as Standard and Beyond.
If any issues, please Whatsapp or Email us to confirm if your location in Dubai falls in the 'Standard Area' or 'Beyond Area' before placing an order. We shall inform you immediately if delivery to your location on the same day, in 24 hrs or in 2 business days.

There are certain items for which Express Delivery is not possible.
It would be at the discretion of Emarkiz as to which products fall under 'Express Delivery' option and which do not. We shall inform you of the same once order is placed OR alternatively you could send us a query through our chat or email to confirm if Express Delivery is possible in your location and for the item/items and place the order accordingly.

EXPRESS PICKUP
Can be picked from our office but only on confirmation through a email or message from Emarkiz.com. There would be a charge of AED 10 for the same. For this, you would need to select the 'Standard Delivery' option also and inform us that you would be doing an 'Express Pickup'. It would be best if you would confirm with us on the chat or email to confirm if Express Pickup is possible for the product before placing the order.

For Rentals
Rentals Only in the UAE Kids' Costume Rental Policies & Terms
1. Security Deposit & Payment
- A refundable security deposit of AED 20 is required at the time of rental.
- The deposit will be refunded upon return of the costume in acceptable condition.
- Payment for rental and deposit must be made upfront.
2. Rental Duration & Late Fees
- Standard rental duration: 4 days
- Late returns will incur a fee of AED 10 per day.
- If the costume is not returned within 4 days past the due date, it will be considered a purchase, and the deposit will not be returned.
3. Damage & Loss Policy
- Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but significant damage (tears, stains, missing parts) may result in repair or replacement fees.
- If the costume is returned in a condition beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full retail price.
4. Cleaning Policy
- Costumes must be returned clean and in good condition.
- If the costume is not clean and in re-sale condition, it will be considered a purchase, and the deposit will not be returned.
5. Purchase Option
- Customers can choose to purchase the costume instead of renting.
- If a rented costume is kept beyond the rental period without return, it will be charged at the full retail price.
7. Pickup & Return
- Costumes must be picked up and returned at pickup location as mentioned, can get exact location on whastapp.
- Customers must check the costume upon pickup and report any pre-existing issues.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or accidents related to costume use.
- Customers assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of rented costumes.
